@Ignorant@Star2236 But having all 4 seasons make you really like the others! But the only thing I like about Winter months is the Pics I can get during the Snow.
Even on the days where it’s not too hot to do anything outside, there are too many flying insects to do anything outside. The only positive is that the wind is less extreme than spring.
@werehatrack It may be more like that here too if we don’t get more precip, but I’m hoping to manifest it … hoping that the exceptional El Nino they’ve been talking about brings Mucha lluvia.
@Kyeh
Yes! Those beautiful blooms and yummy veggies, you know where it’s at!
And It can only get better when enjoying it from under the sun while floating around in the pool! 🪻
I gotta agree with @Ignorant: I can’t wait for it to END! Or @Tadlem43: Bring on the FALL! At least it’ll start to cool off a little! And as @Kyeh said, Summer means Burnt and Brown (down here too)! My A/C stays on nearly 11 months out of the year, and the stress months are just beginning…
I love summer… But also fall, winter, and spring.
Each season brings its own benefits. Summer means full on gardening and pool time. AC in the house makes nights tolerable pool makes being outside working in the yard manageable.
The biggest problem is dealing with the additional crowds when we travel and go someplace with all the kids out of school. That’s why most of our travels are during “shoulder seasons” or the winter.
It ending.
@Ignorant NOPE, LONG Hot Summer! sure beats freezing
@Ignorant @mycya4me
I could live in summer.

July 4th, especially this year. The fireworks are gonna blow the roof off.

@brennyn Summer winds here occasionally hit Category 5. Those are not fun.
@brennyn @werehatrack
we are close to finishing up with tornado and hail season.
then comes a brief break before hurricane season.
in the Houston area the general summer climate vibe is, I believe, one of steam room levels of heat and humidity.
Everything greening up & leafing out & blooming.

And good fruits & veggies available.
@Kyeh Down here, that’s already winding down toward “burnt and brown”.

Wah wah wah get off your butts and go outside! It’s summer!!!
@user14710136 50F and raining here
(NW OR).
Warm weather, loner days, swiming, boating and hanging out outside in general
I prefer being comfortable in layers of clothes rather than being naked and still uncomfortably hot.
I like more sunlight but I don’t care for summer in the desert.
Usually I try to leave for the summer.
